SYNCRONYS, the State of New Mexico’s HIE gathers the best of the best at upcoming users conference, Synchronizing Health Care Now

Rochester, N.Y., September 15, 2021 –Gary Larson, Executive Vice President and General Manager for HIE Solutions at eHealth Technologies, will be speaking at the SYNCRONYS Health Information Exchange (HIE) Users’ Conference on September 24. The conference, hosted by SYNCRONYS, the State of New Mexico’s HIE, allows health care leaders to learn about and discuss state and local health care information exchange (HIE) efforts. The hybrid conference will be held on September 23 & 24 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mr. Larson’s presentation, Sharing and Exchange of Medical Imaging Across the SYNCRONYS Community, will help care providers gain a better understanding of the many ways medical image sharing and exchange can benefit their operations.  He will focus on how imaging service providers can access and share medical images from different systems and locations, how care providers can make better clinical decisions by having diagnostic quality images at the point of care, as well as how HIE-based image sharing is uniquely positioned to reduce costs and improve efficiencies in ways that are otherwise unattainable.

Larson has been a leader in the medical imaging, health care IT and HIE industry for more than 30 years.
