Growing health services company appoints Jeff Markin as CEO and Scott Mulcahy as CFO/President
Rochester, N.Y., October 9, 2018 – eHealth Technologies, the leading provider of medical record/image retrieval and clinical intelligence services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Markin as CEO and Scott Mulcahy as President/CFO. Markin and Mulcahy will succeed Ken Rosenfeld, co-founder of eHealth Technologies, who has resigned, but will continue in an advisory role to the company as he pursues his next entrepreneurial role in the industry.

Markin has overseen day-to-day operations as COO at eHealth Technologies since 2015. Markin has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years in a variety of senior positions including CEO, COO, and General Manager of operations, manufacturing, and research. Markin’s experience includes work at Eastman Kodak Company, VirtualScopics, and Bio-Optronics.
As CEO, Markin will lead the executive team to execute on the company’s growth and efficiency plans to drive increased revenue, profit, and customer, as well as employee, satisfaction. “I look forward to taking on this new role and working with the entire eHealth Technologies team to continually earn the trust of our customers and their patients. Mulcahy, CFO of eHealth Technologies since 2012, has a proven track record of success which includes driving investments and financial activities that have boosted the business of the company. As a seasoned financial executive, Mulcahy’s 20-year experience in privately held and publicly traded companies includes Mercury Print Productions, Harbinger Group, and Arthur Andersen.
As President/CFO, Mulcahy will continue his focus on the financial growth and success of the organization and will take on a new leadership role with the Image Exchange business unit.
