It is so important to recognize our peers for a job well done, and there’s an easy way to do that with Microsoft Teams! Here are the navigation steps to recognize team members on your team or from other teams and departments. This easy-to-use feature allows you to quickly demonstrate your appreciation to team members for work well done. The “praise” feature will also allow you to maintain a record of those you recognize.
Step 1: Open a new chat in Teams; select the team member(s) you want to recognize and then click the ribbon icon located at the bottom of the chat window.
Step 2:Click drop-down menu under “Badge” to select the reason for recognizing team member(s); be sure to add a personalized note in the designated area below to make the recognition even more impactful for the team member(s).
